• Rami Entin , Chairman

  Rami Entin plays an integral role in leading Incentives Solutions' growth strategy and business development.

  Before joining Incentives Solutions in 2004, Rami was Chairman of the Hashavim Group, a data center for direct taxation and employment laws, and a processor of wages and personnel data. From 1985 to 2001, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director at Hilan-Tech Ltd., where he was responsible for finances, personnel, sales and marketing, as well as Lotus Notes operations. While at Kesselman & Kesselman between 1981 and 1985, Rami's clients included various publicly traded companies engaged in the services and industry fields. He is currently a Director at Viola Group, a leading innovative private equity investment firm focused on technology-based growth. 

  Mr. Entin holds a BA in accounting and economics, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University . Rami is a certified accountant in Israel , and is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University .

• Tal Frank , CEO

  Tal Frank’s dynamic vision for corporate development, coupled with his strong leadership skills, drives Incentives Solutions’ business strategy and international growth. Tal’s success as Incentives Solutions VP Marketing and Business Development led to his appointment as company CEO in 2004.

  Previously, Tal served as VP Sales and Business Development at A-Tech Information Technologies Ltd., a leading software integrator specializing in data warehouse and data mining. Prior to that, Tal held the position of Regional Manager of West Canada for ARAMARK, where he was responsible for overseeing all campus service outsourcing activities.

  Tal holds a B.Sc. from Hebrew University , Jerusalem .

• Amir Fishlevich , Founder and Co CEO, CTO

  Amir Fishlevich leads the technical evolution and business development of Incentives Solutions' flagship product, INCENTIVES-Pro, as a holistic solution that is one of the most technologically advanced in the field of incentives, SPM and ICM products and solutions.

  Amir brings to Incentives Solutions over 20 years of experience in the fields of system development and project management. In addition, Amir gained extensive experience as the manager of development teams while at Motorola. Prior to founding Incentives Solutions, Fishlevich founded A-Tech Information Technologies Ltd., a leading integrator and outsourcer for data warehouse and data mining applications.

  Amir holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the Open University of Israel.

• Guillermo Codner, Executive Vice President, General Manager Israel Business

  Guillermo Codner harnesses know-how, experience and creativity to leverage value added services beyond enabling technology for Incentives Solutions customers.

   Prior to joining Incentives Solutions Guillermo was VP HR at Taldor, a leading system integrator and managed services provider.  Before that, Guillermo took part in the setup and launch HR team of Partner Communications (Orange IL) and managed the Manpower planning, Comp & Ben and Payroll department.  Previously Guillermo was HR Finance Analyst at BMC and prior to that he worked as Customer Coordinator at Hilan Tech Ltd., a leading Application Service Provider in Israel, for overall management of the human resource in the organization: payroll, human resources, time & attendance and pension administration.

  Guillermo holds a B.A. Economy and Management from the Technion, Israel.
